My name is Devlin Cathey, a former yacht chef, and I knew Paige Bell. Her tragic story is the reason All Safe Yachting exists.

Paige was a young, talented crew member whose life was cut short while working at sea , a loss that should never have happened. After her passing, I remained in close contact with her parents, John and Michelle Bell. With their full support and encouragement, this company was created in her honor.

All Safe Yachting was built by former yacht crew (captains, chefs, parents) from a simple truth: no crew member or guest should ever feel unsafe at sea, and no family should endure what Paige’s family has experienced.

Her legacy drives our mission: to make safety, accountability, and wellbeing the standard, not the exception, across the yachting industry.
